Thank you for choosing FoodLover for your orders. These Conditions of Sale define the rules applicable to all transactions made on our platform, ensuring transparency and security for every purchase.
Commercial Application
These conditions govern the sale of all products (meals, groceries, etc.) ordered through the app or FoodLover website.
1. Object
These Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between FoodLover and any Client making a purchase on the site or FoodLover app. Any order confirmation implies full and entire acceptance, without reservation, of these CGV by the Client.
2. Products
We strive to present our products with the highest possible accuracy.
- Products are described and presented with the highest possible accuracy.
- Product photos are illustrative only.
- Product packaging may vary depending on arrivals and manufacturer updates.
- Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the platform, within the limits of available stocks.
3. Prices
Our product prices are indicated in the local currency, including all taxes (TTC).
4. Order
The order process includes the following steps :
- Product selection and addition to the cart.
- Validation of the cart contents.
- Identification on the site or app.
- Delivery method selection.
- Payment method selection and acceptance of the CGV.
- Payment validation.
The confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these present conditions of sale. FoodLover will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order.
5. Payment
Payment of your purchases is made through the following secure means :
The card payment is debited at the time of order validation. In case of payment failure, the order will be automatically canceled.
6. Delivery and Collection
Delays
Orders are processed immediately. The average delivery time is communicated at the time of the order and may vary depending on the traffic and road conditions.
Tracking
You can track the progress of your order and the position of the driver in real-time on the app.
Receipt
You must be present at the address indicated to receive the order. Any complaint for incomplete or non-conforming order must be reported within 24 hours via the customer support.
7. Return Conditions
Perishable products
Given the perishable, sanitary and fast nature of our products (hot meals, fresh products), the right to withdraw cannot be exercised.
- No return or exchange is accepted after delivery validation.
- The client is required to verify the conformity of the products at the time of receipt.
8. Refund
Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional cases :
- Order canceled by the restaurant or FoodLover.
- Order not delivered (after investigation confirming non-delivery).
- Majority error or quality problem confirmed on the product (with photographic proof).
The refund will be made on the payment method used at the time of the order within a period of 5 to 10 business days.
